Coach Carson Hollingsworth enters his seventh year of coaching basketball and his first season with Pickens High School. He spent the past four years as the head varsity assistant at Cambridge High School and two seasons prior at Southeast Bulloch High School in Statesboro. In addition to his high school coaching experience, he has been active in the AAU circuit, serving with Blue Collar Basketball for the past four years.

A native of Alpharetta, Hollingsworth played at Milton and Cambridge High Schools before earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Georgia Southern University. He is both grateful and excited to join the Dragon family and is passionate about building strong relationships and developing student-athletes both on and off the court.
