Coach Sparks has been involved with Pickens Esports as a coach since the program’s early years, leading it to a second place state title in 2021 and a 4th place overall finish in Rocket League during the 2024 season. A graduate of the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in History, Coach Sparks has been teaching and coaching at Pickens High School since 2018. A proud Dragon alumnus, he graduated from PHS in 2011 and is honored to now work at his alma mater, helping students compete and succeed in a rapidly growing field. Under his leadership, Pickens Esports has grown into a competitive, student-driven program that continues to make its mark on the state stage. Go Dragons!
