As the end of the school year looms closer, the stresses become more present from peer expectations, drama, missing work and grades. Here are some ways to cope:
1. Deep Breathing
2. Exercise
3. Prioritize Sleep
4. Use stress toys (pop-its, squishies, etc.)
5. Listen to Music
6. Draw
7. Meditate or Do Yoga
8. Journal
9. Do Your Favorite Hobby
10. Talk to a Trusted Adult

The PJHS 7th & 8th Grade Chorus presented an unforgettable performance last night showcasing a wide variety of music. From the inspirational hymn Carry the Light to the rhythm of Dance!, the many talents of this group of students were highlighted.
